Dr. Ambedkar International Mission Oman (AIM Oman) is a social group of NRI people who work and reside in Sultanate of Oman. The members of the group belong from various states of India e.g. Maharashtra, Gujrat, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, Bihar, Karnataka, Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Kerla etc many other parts of India. The group is not only limited to particular sects of people but is open to all people sects of people from Oman, India and many other countries. The main motives of the AIM Oman organization are, (1) To promote thoughts, philosophy and movement of father of Indian constitution Dr Babasaheb Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar. (2) To bring together all Ambedkarite people and create a strong community which believe in equality, fraternity, liberty & justice. (3) To provide direct help to the needy people residing in Oman and India through social welfare program in the form of ‘PAY BACK TO SOCIETY’. (4) To promote cultural identity at International front.
